Welcome to Tandem Graphics. By accessing our website, placing an order via our e-commerce platform, or accepting an invoice for our print products and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ACCOUNTABILITY & ORDER PROOFING
Because custom print products cannot be resold, we rely on a strict proofing process to ensure you get exactly what you want.
Artwork Approval: You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of your print proofs. Please double-check all text, layouts, colors, and dimensions before giving your final approval.

The "Oops" Factor: Once a digital or physical proof is approved by you (via email or our online portal), Tandem Graphics is not responsible for any errors, including typos, grammatical mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect design elements.

Color Matching: Because digital screens display colors differently than physical ink (RGB vs. CMYK), minor color variations may occur. We cannot guarantee an exact 100% match to your monitor’s display.

2. E-Commerce & Invoicing
We serve our local business community through both instant online checkout and custom invoicing.
​
E-Commerce Orders: Payment is due in full at the time of online checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed.
​
Invoicing Terms: For custom orders billed via invoice, payment terms are Due Upon Receipt unless otherwise negotiated in writing (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30 terms for established corporate accounts).

3. Fulfillment: Pick-Up & Delivery
We like keeping things local. Here is how we get your goods to you:
In-Store Pick-Up: We will notify you as soon as your order is ready. Please pick up your items within 30 days of notification. Orders left abandoned after 60 days may be recycled or disposed of, and no refunds will be issued.
Local Delivery & Shipping: If you opt for delivery, we will provide an estimated delivery window. While we do our absolute best to hit every deadline, Tandem Graphics is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or traffic.

Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order immediately upon pick-up or delivery. Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the items.

4. Returns, Reprints, and Cancellations
Custom Products: Because our products are custom-made for your business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or customer-side design errors.

Our Mistakes: If we make an error that deviates from your approved proof (e.g., we printed the wrong size or used the wrong material), we will happily reprint the order at no additional cost to you. You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery to request a reprint.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Once materials have been allocated or printing has commenced, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

5. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
Your Designs: You retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork you submit to us.

The Legality Guarantee: By submitting artwork, logos, or text to Tandem Graphics, you warrant that you own the rights to use those images or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder. You agree to indemnify and hold Tandem Graphics harmless from any legal claims, suits, or demands arising from copyright infringement.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we deem offensive, illegal, or a violation of trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
Tandem Graphics is proud to support local businesses, but our liability is limited. In no event shall Tandem Graphics be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business profits or event disruption) resulting from a delayed or incorrect print order. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website, e-commerce platform, or invoicing services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
